Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will have to conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business questions.
  • Candidate will have to develop a deep understanding of internal system databases, Google Analytics and Webmaster.
  • Candidate will have to conceptualizing and Creating Dashboards and Automating Reports and Data Providing Data Support to Business team for various pitches, analysis.
  • Candidate will be troubleshooting business problems using Data as a tool.
  • Candidate will maintain the reports, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decision providing Insights/Opportunities from Data.
  • Candidate will be validating data and getting it corrected along with tech teams


Skills and Experience:

  • Candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience as a Information Technology Support Technician in Startups/Analytics Firms/Consulting Firms/BI teams.
  • Candidate should have knowledge in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, SQL, Google Data Studio.
  • Candidate should have basic familiarity in BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI. Candidates who have: Python, SAS, R, Data Science tools and Statistical Concepts, etc. are preferred.
  • Candidate will have to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Candidate should be a self-starter with independent decision-making capability.
  • Candidate will have to manage various stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments to get work done.
  • Candidate should have strong analytical skills and process orientation

  • Candidates who are Engineering Graduates (Preference to CS/Electrical candidates)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate who are OS X and Windows users (e.g. software installs and VPN troubleshooting)
  • Candidate will have to provision, manage, and repair of employee's laptops
  • Candidate should enforce best practices of office IT security
  • Candidate should provision and support of VOIP telephony and telepresence equipment
  • Candidate should be able to Support wired and wireless networks
  • Candidate should be able to create documentation for frequently asked questions
  • Candidate will asset management and procurement
  • Candidate will have to escalate to L2/L3 appropriately
  • Candidate will have to respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps; Provide level 1 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs
  • Candidate should perform user account management activities
  • Candidate should be able to escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists
  • Candidate should be responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, and setup of PC-based software products
  • Candidate should troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems
  • Candidate should identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints
  • Candidate might have to train users and operators on a limited basis and/or may write training procedures
  • Candidate will have to participate in on-going training and departmental development
  • Candidate should perform routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units
  • Candidate should be able to create all required documentation including standards, configurations and diagrams


About You:

  • Candidate should have 1-2 years of experience
  • Candidate should be familiar with Active Directory
  • Candidate should be flexible with working hours
  • Candidate should have basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) required.
  • Candidate those who have worked for regulated companies are preferred.
  • Candidate should be fluent in English (Orally & Written)
  • Candidate should be familiar with Help Desk ticketing systems
  • Candidates those who have worked with overseas IT offices in the past are preferred.
  • Candidate should have experience with SaaS management


Bonus Points for:

  • Candidate should have understanding of working in a cross-platform (Windows and macOS) environment.
  • Candidate should know about Office 365 experience is a plus.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Okta / Jumpcloud experience a plus.
