Aon India Hiring Senior Consultant – Job Description:

The aim of this role is to support market and client development all across the Asia-Pacific area in the ASA solution areas (having larger focus on India). This role will also emphasize the delivery of client projects in the ASA solution areas viz. HR Due Diligence, post-merger integration and HR set-up advisory. It will be required to aid business development of Aon’s risk advisory solutions in the M&A space across the Asia-Pacific region.

Aon India Hiring Senior Consultant – Job Responsivities:

This is a multi-pronged role with responsibilities stretching in various dimensions, both in terms of geographical spread and solution areas. It lays an equivalent focus on both market development and project delivery.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Help design and help implement the market development strategy for our M&A solutions, both in Human Capital and Risk Advisory spaces. Focus countries – India (large focus), SEA, Japan, Korea and Australia
  • Conduct and support business development activities in teams and individually across the Asia-Pacific region viz. lead generation, proposal creation, client negotiation, etc. for solutions offered by ASA
  • Deliver ASA projects in the HR due diligence, post-merger integration and set-up advisory areas, while working closely with all Practices
  • Drive the market development of HR set-up advisory solution area across the Asia Pacific region, with a special focus on India and SEA. Formulate and implement a strategy to achieve the same
  • Work with the Aon Risk Regional Team to design and Implement a business development strategy for Risk Advisory solutions in the M&A consulting space. Support achievement of revenue targets for risk M&A solutions like DD, Transaction Liability and Insurance placements.
  • Perform business management activities working closely with the APAC Head– track business metrics on an ongoing basis and recommend corrective actions, wherever needed.
